The firm are now seeking skilled individuals to manage a diverse caseload of probate cases, delivering exceptional client service from inception to completion. The role demands a meticulous approach to managing cases using a sophisticated case management system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Communication is key, as engaging with clients will primarily be through telephone and email. Collaboration is at the heart of the practice, with ample support from the team to refine legal expertise. Administrative assistance is provided, allowing focus on the legal aspects of the role.
Ideal candidates will have qualified as a solicitor or legal executive (CILEX or STEP) or possess equivalent experience in probate law. A proactive mindset, exceptional organisational skills, and a client-centric approach are essential. The role also encompasses mentoring junior team members, leveraging legal acumen to foster growth within the team.
