Associate / Senior Associate - Commercial - Cambridge with hybrid working available

Role

• Be part of a leading commercial team working across offices, with lots of opportunities to get exposure to a wide variety of different clients and work
• Advise clients on a wide-ranging of matters, from technology, partnerships, advanced manufacturing, health and social care, logistics and charities.
• Work on varied commercial matters such as, distribution contracts, licensing of software and IP, joint venture agreements, framework agreement for services and online terms and conditions.

You

• 4+ PQE
• Good experience in commercial work 
• An ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and successfully manage client relationships
• Excellent technical ability and drafting skills
• Strong commercial acumen
• Proactive, ambitious and organised with a keen eye for detail
