Job Details

As a Paralegal in our Asbestos team, you will play a crucial role in supporting in all aspects of asbestos disease litigation such as mesothelioma, pleural thickening and lung cancer. Our paralegals provide legal services with a personal touch, demonstrating care, understanding and sensitivity to clients whilst working on a diverse caseload.

The paralegals are also involved in liability investigations, sorting, paginating and reviewing medical records, instructing experts and Counsel, attending on clients, witnesses, experts and Counsel, undertaking legal research, preparing and reviewing disclosure and attending court.

We are looking for experienced paralegals, preferably in asbestos litigation or a related field.
with, previous experience working a case management system is essential. A collegiate approach and excellent communication skills with experience using case management systems are also key to success in this role.
