You’ll be involved in a broad range of often high-value development and regeneration property transactions advising local government, local authorities and other public sector bodies. The firm sits on numerous frameworks.
With experience in drafting complex development agreements for public sector clients you’ll quickly take on responsibility working closely with a lead partner.
Knowledge of the energy sector and/or the telecoms code for operators or site providers would be of added interest.
