The Role

As a junior lawyer, you'll dive into a diverse range of challenging cases, including:

• Will validity challenges
• Estate and trust administration disputes
• Inheritance Act claims
• Trustee and executor duty breaches

You'll work closely with experienced partners, honing your skills and building your expertise in this fascinating area of law.

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone who:

• Has 0-2 years PQE as a solicitor or CILEx lawyer
• Possesses at least 6 months' experience in contentious probate (preferred) Is eager to learn and develop their legal skills
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
