Are you a talented legal professional looking to specialise in contentious probate and trusts? Our client, a leading law firm, is seeking a dynamic Contentious Probate Solicitor to join their award-winning team in a thriving practice.

The team has multiple ACTAPS members so you will be learning from the best. They are rated in High Net Worth guides as well as accredited by LawNet and having obtained the Investor in People Gold award.  They have an established international element to the work with offices in Europe adding some cross boarder work.

The Role

As a Contentious Probate Solicitor, you'll handle a diverse range of high-quality work, including:

• Inheritance Act claims
• Will challenges
• Trust disputes
• Executor and trustee issues
• Court of Protection matters

You'll work closely with a supportive team recognised in the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners guides, gaining invaluable experience in this specialised field.

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone who:

• Has 1-4 years PQE, ideally with some contentious probate experience
• Possesses strong technical knowledge or the ability to quickly develop expertise Is a proactive team player with excellent communication skills
• Can manage their own caseload effectively
• Can be based from either Cambridge or Peterborough for this hybrid role
