Private Client Legal Assistant - Swindon

Excellent opportunity for a Legal Assistant to join a leading regional law firm.

Our client is a well-established law firm with offices spread throughout the South. They are currently looking for a Legal Assistant to join their highly-regarded Private Client team in Swindon, Wiltshire.

The role will involve providing administrative support to the team. Duties will include:

• File opening, filing/archiving, retrieval of files, photocopying, email management, cheque requests, and dealing with post
• Drafting documents
• Audio-typing
• Typing standard and non-standard letters
• Attending client meetings over the phone and in person
• Arranging and scheduling meetings and other appointments, etc.

To be considered, you must have previous experience within a Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant role (ideally within private client).
