The Role:

• Lead and manage the Basildon office, ensuring high levels of client service and profitability.
• Build and develop a strong, collaborative team with a focus on delivering results.
• Drive business development and marketing initiatives with the support of our dedicated BDM team.
• Foster lasting professional relationships with clients and ensure exceptional service delivery.

Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years PQE as a Solicitor, with leadership and team management experience.
• Strong business development skills, ideally in professional services.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• A proactive leader with a proven track record of success and a desire to grow and innovate.
