Property Litigation Paralegal - Hampshire

Excellent opportunity for a Paralegal to join a leading specialist law firm.

Our client is one of the UK's leading specialist property law firms and specialise in property litigation. They are currently looking for a Senior Paralegal to join their supportive Property Litigation team in Medstead, Hampshire.

The role will involve supporting the litigation solicitors and ensuring smooth progression of cases from inception through resolution. Duties will include:

· Reviewing tenancy documents, drafting and serving statutory notices

· Drafting claim forms, particulars and letters before claim

· Instructing Counsel and preparing for possession hearings

· Conducting legal research and preparing for possession hearings

· Undertaking general administrative tasks, etc.

To be considered, you must be an experienced paralegal with a background in litigation. You must hold a full driving licence and be able to commute to the office independently (as public transport in the area is limited).
