A highly respected and specialist niche firm, is seeking a proactive and dedicated Court of Protection Solicitor to complement their dynamic team in Manchester.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a solid grounding in Court of Protection/Property and Affairs, along with a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills. Additionally, experience in professional deputyship work, financial abuse investigations and knowledge of Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards will be highly beneficial.
