Reporting to our Chief Financial Officer and working closely with our Board and Executive Leadership Team, you will support the organisation’s governance and legal processes ensuring that bpha’s governance framework is compliant with the relevant regulatory requirements.  This is an instrumental role which will contributes to the overall leadership of the organisation in the delivery of our strategic aims ensuring that we continue to follow best practice and remain a well governed and well run business.

We are looking for candidates with a track record of performing the role of legal counsel with requisite experience of advising Boards and senior leadership teams. This includes a strong understanding of the many facets of corporate compliance, internal governance, as well as providing general legal and regulatory advice at a senior level.
