Legal Officer x 9

1 x permanent, 35 hours per week (at RCN Scotland HQ)

5 x fixed term contracts, for 21 months, 35 hours per week

2 x fixed term contracts, for 10 months, 35 hours per week

1 x fixed term contract, for 6 months, 35 hours per week

 

Up to three locations available with hybrid working (40%) - RCN Scotland HQ, RCN UK HQ & RCN Northern Ireland HQ

As a Legal Officer you’ll use your positive attitude and initiative, your excellent communication, written and presentation skills, and your ability to maintain the highest professional standards whilst working within tight timescales to deliver legal advice, support and representation to RCN members in all aspects of regulatory law.

You will be a Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, CILEX Fellow or CILEX Lawyer with experience in handling a large caseload of Regulatory cases.

Working within a team, you will deliver excellent customer service to our members whilst maintaining the highest professional standards ensuring that you manage your time effectively and meet all deadlines.

Our hybrid working model allows for up to 60% of your working time to be carried out from home. At least 40% of your working time will be spent working in person.
