• You will be joining a number of high calibre professionals within this area of law who you will gain invaluable experience working alongside.
• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 3 Years PQE.
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, financing and refinancing, acting for Landlords granting leases and development matters.
• It is essential that you have outstanding communication skills, work well within a team environment and work to tight deadlines.
