Personal Injury Paralegal

My client is a multi-site regional firm with an excellent reputation for Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence work.

It is currently looking for a Personal Injury Paralegal to bolster its ever-growing close-knit team.

The Role

You will be assisting a solicitor in a varied caseload of personal injury and clinical negligence work to include EL, PL and RTA cases.

Your duties would include but not be limited to: 

• Communicating with clients and updating them on their ongoing cases
• Drafting legal documents such as claims and letters of instruction
• Collecting evidence such as medical records and witness statements

• You will have had experience working in a PI or clin neg department previously, or experience in handling claims
• You will be motivated by client satisfaction
• You will have a keen eye for detail and possess the ability to prioritise your workload
