NQ Fitness to Practise Associate Solicitor
An NQ Fitness to Practise Associate Solicitor is required by a team acting for Regulator clients prosecuting Fitness to Practise cases in Birmingham.
The role will manage an investigatory caseload with assistance from Paralegals. The work will be varied and often technically challenging handling alleged impaired Fitness to Practise cases which will require preparation of case plans, corresponding with the defence, interviewing key witnesses, prepare instructions to counsel and attend conferences with counsel.
The Candidate
Whilst previous experience in the field of fitness to practise and professional discipline is strongly preferred, it is not essential.Candidates will however be expected to be able to demonstrate at interview that they are self-motivated and commercially minded, as well as having good interpersonal skills and being able to work effectively in teams.
Salary £48,000 to £53,000
