Sellick Partnership are delighted to be working with a valued client who is currently expanding their estate planning team due to a significant increase in work. This client has a constant work stream from their members, banks and charities so no need for marketing and no billable hours!


As the Supervising Estate Planning Solicitor you will be;
  • Overseeing supervision, training and legal case quality throughout the private client department providing legal advice and support to colleagues to ensure the best service for their clients.
  • Providing legal advice on estate planning cases to team leaders, managers and case handlers
  • Managing teams performance and ensuring performance targets are being met
  • Have line management responsibilities of a team of experienced case supervision lawyers ensuring progression of cases targets are being met and providing training and support where needed.
  • Work with the head of practice to identify and deliver training and design policy improvements to address themes highlighted in supervision outcomes

The Supervising Estate Planning Solicitor will have;
  • Working legal knowledge of tax, wills and estate planning
  • Ideally a background as a professional support lawyer within private client or has a strong understanding of estate planning legal experience looking to manage a team.
  • No legal casework required for this role but a focus on quality assurance and leadership
