ROLE 

• Advise on a wide range of non-contentious construction matters including drafting and negotiating construction contracts, professional appointments, collateral warranties and framework agreements.
• Support senior members of the team on large-scale infrastructure projects and high-profile developments. 
• Manage your own caseload of non-contentious construction work for both domestic and international clients. 
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across various sectors including real estate, energy and infrastructure.
• Work closely with clients to provide strategic advice and deliver exceptional service. 

REQUIREMENTS 

• 3-6 years of post-qualification experience in non-contentious construction law, with strong drafting and negotiating skills. 
• Experience working on construction contracts such as JCT, NEC and FIDIC is highly desirable. 
• A solid understanding of construction law and the ability to advise clients on risk management and contractual issues. 
• Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. 
• A proactive approach with excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills. 
• Passionate about working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with a drive to deliver results.
