Personal Injury fee earner is required by this well regarded UK law firm to deal with a mixed caseload of RTA and EL/PL work from its office based in Warrington.
Role Overview
In joining this firm as a personal injury fee earner, you will become part of an established practice with a good reputation for claimant injury work. Excellent office location which can be easily accessed by road and public transport.
Candidate Profile
The firm is seeking a personal injury fee earner who can demonstrate:
- Ability to manage a caseload involving liability disputes, MOJ and non MOJ personal injury claims and allegations of fraud and fundamental dishonesty.Prior experience managing motor personal injury cases both pre-litigated and litigated with a value up to £25,000.00 including some MOJ Portal claimsSome experience of handling EL/PL/OL claims desirableExperience of dealing with credit hire desirable but not essentialAble to work in a case management led environment Experienced in running own files (you will be responsible for the day to day running of a caseload)Able to work as part of a teamQualified solicitor, CILEx or experienced non-qualified fee earner
