TSR Legal are currently partnering with a top-tier law firm based in Cheltenham, who are currently looking to add a Corporate Solicitor with at least 1-year post qualification experience to join the Corporate department.

As a Corporate Solicitor, you will be responsible for advising on a range of business matters such as mergers, acquisitions and disposals, management buyouts and buy-ins, joint ventures as well as regulatory matters such as shareholder agreements, LLP agreements as well as tax and other restructuring matters.

Our client is regarded for dealing with city-quality work outside of London, with transactions typically between £2 million and £20 million on average. The corporate team regularly acts for both buyers and sellers across a variety of sectors from PLC’s and household names to sole traders and partnerships.
