One of Exeter's modern, supportive and continuously growing law firms is looking to hire a junior Family Lawyer into their successful and growing team. Focusing primarily on financial disputes following the breakdown of unmarried relationships. This is an area in which the firm is seeing huge growth and therefore the work is fast paced and challenging, as well as being client focused at all times. Working in a successful team of around ten people, the role will be working closely with one of the more experienced lawyers in the team. This will be dealing with TOLATA and Schedule 1 Children Act claims. You will ideally have some experience of TOLATA and Schedule 1 Children Act disputes, and/or have a background in civil proceedings, or at least be happy to learn. You will be a good communicator, enjoy working as part of a team and will be as committed to delivering the highest standards of client care as we are. Due to the nature of this team, you will be able to work from home / remotely for large parts of the week.

Experience and skills sought:

• NQ-2 PQE Family Solicitor / Lawyer
• Interest or experience within financial disputes
• Strong communication skills and a desire to continuously learn
