We are actively looking for a talented and driven lawyer to join our dynamic team.
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced lawyer with a minimum of 3 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) to join our Dispute Resolution Department. The successful candidate will be used to managing a diverse caseload independently, demonstrating exceptional legal acumen and the ability to work without supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve a wide range of disputes.
- Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients.
- Prepare legal documents, including statements of case, witness statements, court applications and settlement agreements.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
- Represent clients in court or at mediation.
- Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years PQE in dispute resolution.
- Proven ability to manage a caseload independently.
- Strong analytical and negotiation.
- Good advocacy skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
