Job Details

Our clinical negligence lawyers manage a diverse case holding of  high quality complex clinical negligence cases from initial client interview to conclusion. 

Working as part of the wider clinical negligence team, they represent trade union members and private clients progressing cases to trial or resolution by ADR, handling all aspects of litigation including conferences with counsel and interlocutory applications.  Another key part of the role is income forecasting and prompt billing via our internal costs team.

As well as excellent communicators with a passion for putting the client first and demonstrating excellent client care, we are keen to hear from qualified senior Lawyers used to running a varied multi-track clinical negligence caseload. . 

*Salary advertised will be dependent on level of experience.
