An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Lawyer, with a Legal 500 law firm, which has a presence in the Tiverton area. This is a great opportunity to join at an exciting time, as the firm looks to grow their regional presence. About to move into new offices in a central Tiverton location, this will elevate the firm's holding in the town, while being positioned in a prime location for local client meetings and visits. Currently only one other fee-earner in the office, alongside two assistants, this role will suit someone who can manage a private client caseload independently, which includes Wills, Probate, LPAs and potentially some Estate Administration work. This role would either suit a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive, who maybe has circa 3 PQE and above. There is work already available, although we're ideally looking for someone who can help to grow the caseload, much of which will come via the local footfall. The firm can offer hybrid working and possibly even slightly flexible hours. There is an ambitious vision for the team, so hopefully an exciting time to join and be an integral part within their journey!

 

Skills and experience sought:

• 3+ PQE as a Solicitor or CILEx qualified lawyer
• General Private Client fee-earning experience (Wills, Probate and LPAs)
• Credible and warm personality
