• Lead and inspire heads of departments across multiple offices
• Drive the firm's vision and commercial growth
• Manage key client relationships and business development

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone who:

• Has excellent people management and leadership skills
• Possesses strong commercial acumen and business experience
• Is decisive, accountable, and commercially aware
• Can balance being approachable with being firm when needed
• Values honesty and transparency in all interactions
• Has a solid legal background (any discipline considered)
• Happy to be present in the Manchester office to be a lynch pin for the business
