The Role
This Real Estate Finance Solicitor role (2-4 years PQE) will be based within a well-established secured lending and property finance team. Known for delivering exceptional work, the department acts for a diverse range of lenders, institutions, and private clients. Their long-standing relationships with leading lenders, built over decades, make them a trusted choice across many prestigious panels.

The role involves working on a broad spectrum of quality transactions, including:

• Advising on acquisitions for property investments and developments.
• Acting on behalf of banks, companies, investors, and developers.
• Dual-representation for both lender and borrower.
• Secured lending.
• Bridging and property finance transactions.

Requirements:

• You are a Real Estate Finance Solicitor with 2-4 years PQE.
• Confidence in managing your workload with minimal supervision.
• Ambitious, commercially minded, and dynamic, with a team-oriented mindset.
