Clinical Negligence Solicitor - Bristol or Cardiff / remote

Excellent opportunity for a solicitor with solid claimant clinical negligence / serious PI experience to join a thriving Clinical Negligence Department.

Dealing solely with claimant clinical negligence cases you will be responsible for a varied caseload including complex, high value claims both pre and post issue.

Your working week will be a mixture of working from home and attending either Cardiff or Bristol 1-2 days (flexible) per week.

Duties/Responsibilities will be interesting and varied and include:

• Manage your own caseload of litigated clinical negligence claims;
• To supervise within the group under the direction of the Group Leader and support of your line manager;
• To participate in team training and marketing activities;
