Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and commercially minded Commercial Property expert (can be a paralegal, legal exec or a solicitor) to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing expert legal advice across a range of commercial property matters while driving the department forward through strategic thinking and business development with the firm’s support.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing a varied caseload of commercial property transactions. Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and other property-related legal documents. Liaising with clients, agents, and other solicitors to ensure smooth progress of the transactions. Post-completion formalities, including Land Registry registrations Researching and reporting on legal and regulatory updates and developments Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the growth of the department. Collaborating with colleagues across the firm to provide a seamless, multi-disciplinary service to clients.

Required Skills:

An expert with significant experience in commercial property law. Ability to manage a wide range of commercial property transactions independently. Commercially minded, with a proactive approach to business development and a strong desire to drive the department forward. Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills. Ability to build long-term client relationships Strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality service. Capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.
