Job Details
A leading legal top tier law firm is seeking a Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join their dynamic team.
Title: Dispute Resolution Solicitor
Salary: £55,000 - £75,000
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Location: Essex
Key Responsibilities of the Dispute Resolution Solicitor:
- Lead and manage a diverse range of dispute resolution cases
- Advising both commercial and private clients on general litigation matters
- Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court proceedings
- Handling landlord and tenant litigation, including residential and commercial disputes
- Resolving shareholder and partnership disputes
- Managing cases based on breach of contract and tort
- Overseeing construction-related litigation
- Dealing with harassment cases and securing injunctions
- Navigating insolvency proceedings
- Pursuing professional negligence claims
- Litigating contentious probate cases
