Are you an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor ready to take your career to the next level?

 

Our client, a prestigious law firm in Leeds is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their dynamic team. You will be responsible for handling complex clinical negligence claims from inception to conclusion, providing expert legal advice to clients who have suffered harm as a result of medical negligence.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Managing a high-quality caseload of complex clinical negligence claims
  • Providing expert legal advice to clients and their families
  • Conducting thorough investigations and gathering evidence
  • Drafting and negotiating legal documents, including pleadings and settlement agreements
  • Representing clients in court proceedings, if necessary
  • Liaising with medical experts and other legal professionals
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Essential Skills and Experience:

     

  • Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in Clinical Negligence law
  • Strong technical knowledge of clinical negligence law
  • Supervisory/management experience advantageous
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Experience in handling high-value claims
