Working alongside a leading Partner in IP law and collaborating with the wider team, the role will see you supporting clients with all aspects of trademark and design portfolio management and assisting with business development and client relationship management.

There is an existing varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious matters for you to come into, managing client trade mark portfolios and assisting with intellectual infringement.

Work will include but not be limited to dealing with trade mark drafting, prosecution, clearance searches, monitoring trade mark renewals and advising on both the transfer of trademarks and the management of intellectual property.

• You will be a fully qualified Trade Mark Attorney
• You will be familiar with working with a portfolio management system
• You will be able to deliver succinct advice to a wide range of clientele
