Excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a top tier commercial property team. This commercial property solicitor will be joining this award winning commercial property team in Bournemouth.

This commercial property team are progressive and growing at an impressive rate. You'll be working on an exciting commercial property caseload with a supportive team.

You will be working on a general commercial property caseload of sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant, real estate finance, development and corporate support.

Ideally, you will be a qualified solicitor with up to 3 years' PQE in commercial property. If you are an NQ looking to qualify into commercial property - please apply! You must be able to show a commercial property seat on your training contract.

On offer is a good salary and package dependant on experience. You'll be joining a firm that is entrenched in the legal market in Bournemouth, working on a high quality of work.
