Residential Property Solicitor

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Solicitor to join this highly regarded law firm in Warwickshire.

This is a Head of Department role and you will manage a team of experienced fee earners and a number of legal assistants across 2 offices. You will be able to demonstrate management and leadership skills.

In addition you will be responsible for managing a caseload of varied residential property matters including sales, purchases, lease extensions and remortgages from instruction to completion.
