Corporate Commercial Lawyer, 2-4 Years PQE, Hampshire, £45,000 - £55,000 (DOE) – Are you a Corporate Commercial Lawyer looking for a new challenge? This could be the role for you! JOB REF: 7632.

• A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Commercial Lawyer to join a highly reputable team in Hampshire handling complex corporate transactions.
• The team are looking for either a Solicitor or Legal Executive with between 2-4 Years PQE gained from another reputable law firm.
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include drafting high-quality commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents and providing support to Legal Directors and Partners on Legal transactions
• You will need to have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well to tight deadlines.
