Our client is looking recruit a personal injury NQ solicitor into its personal injury team to work alongside the serious injury team.

You will be responsible for handling your own personal injury caseload of claims, to include litigated matters.

This personal injury NQ solicitor will be working on matters from start to final hearing. You will be advising clients on the merits of the case, obtaining evidence from witnesses, pre-action disclosure, mediate evidence, making decisions on disclosure, assessing the value and liaising with clients, third parties, witnesses and otherside solicitors, preparing for Court and dealing with settlement.

You will be a qualified solicitor with experience in personal injury law. You will be confident in managing your own caseload, have good client care skills and be able to manage your time effectively.
