Our Client is seeking to increase its corporate commercial team in Hampshire with a senior solicitor with around 4+ years pqe. Joining this Legal 500 means there will be plenty of support and scope for career progression. Your case load will involve:

• Drafting shareholders' agreements and bespoke memorandum and articles of association for private companies
• Assisting on the acquisition and disposal of companies and businesses
• Advising buyers, sellers and funders on corporate transactions
• Company and business sales and purchases
• Corporate restructuring
