Residential Property Locum

This highly regarded, award winning practice is looking to recruit an experienced property paralegal to join their residential property team for three months with a view to extend.

Candidates will be working on a wide range of clients; whilst there are some new build developments, much of the work is to assist on deals for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients on high value transactions. This involves the prime and super-prime London residential market, often for international clients and developers. The role offers a high degree of responsibility and can largely be done remotely, but meetings may need to be attended in the London office on occasion.

Suitable candidates must have at least two years of residential property experience and have previously worked within a UK firm. Experience of working with HNW clients is an advantage. Key to the role is the ability to think laterally, work independently and provide excellent client service.

Candidates should also be able to start within 2-4 weeks. The role may subsequently offered as a permanent opportunity for the right candidate.
