We're working with a US-headquartered firm which has an outstanding reputation for working with tech businesses at all stages of the development cycle, from seed stage to IPO and beyond. They have assisted several blue-chip, high profile technology businesses with their first and subsequent IPOs.

A number of their clients are UK and European tech companies exploring US expansion, fundraising or exit, and their Competition practice tackles the largest, most complex, and most high-profile antitrust cases, including complex deals and investigations involving market-leading companies particularly in the technology, life sciences, and financial services sectors.

In recent years, the firm has recruited some exceptional talent in London, and they are now looking for an England & Wales qualified competition Lawyer with 1-2 years of high quality merger control experience to join the London office and help further develop the existing antitrust practice.

Specific experience of handling merger control work in the tech and life sciences sector is preferred, but not required. Superior academic credentials, and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are absolutely required.
