My client is a UK Top 100 law firm, their residential property department are well regarded for their quality work and clients.

You can also expect a broad range of property matters that are typically high value, including acquisitions and disposals; the acquisition of sites for residential and mixed use; the grant and the renewal and termination of leases and related matters.

You will develop your own skills alongside key solicitors in the sector, you will also benefit from the firms cohort based career development programme. This enables the firms lawyers and teams to work collaboratively to support their individual and departmental goals, it is a unique and bespoke training guide that provides clear progression goals and a more collegiate and inclusive working environment. You will ideally have a referral network that the firm will support you in developing further.
