TSR Legal have recently been instructed on behalf of a leading Legal 100 firm who are looking to grow and expand the Property Litigation department with the addition of a Property Litigation Solicitor. 

Working within this highly reputable property team, as a Property Litigation Solicitor you will be working on a variety of property matters including agricultural matters. You will be responsible for dealing with lease renewal/termination notices, arrears recovery, advice of break notices, as well as residential possession proceedings, leasehold enfranchisement and more.

Our client is requiring a candidate with knowledge of Easements, Restrictive Covenants and be able to deliver quality commercial advice. You will be able to work as part of a team and will also get involved with business development to ensure success within the team.
