ROLE

• Craft and negotiate bespoke financing agreements that align with clients’ strategic goals. 
• Collaborate with venture capital teams to align debt financing with equity investment strategies. 
• Provide expert guidance on regulatory compliance, risk assessment and market trends.

REQUIREMENTS 

• A qualified solicitor with experience in Banking & Finance, Venture Capital or Corporate Law at any level of post-qualification experience. 
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for working with innovative industries. 
• Possesses sharp drafting and negotiation skills, with a strategic mindset. 
• Is commercially aware and committed to delivering exceptional client service. 
• Has a team-oriented approach and the drive to succeed in a dynamic, supportive workplace.
